Owners: Linda & Dennis Clark

Linda and Dennis Clark have been involved with the Arabian Horse since 1987 when Linda purchased Dennis an Arabian gelding for Christmas.  In 1990 Dennis returned the favor and purchased a Christmas surprise for Linda – Kleopatraa x Khemosabi.  Needless to say the herd kept growing along with the Clarks shared passion for the Arabian horse.  Dennis, Linda and their granddaughter Logan spent many wonderful years under the tutelage of Gordon Potts.  During those years Linda and Dennis were also acquiring land in Argyle, TX.  In 2006 they purchased 32 acres that adjoined the 75 acres they already owned.  This proved to be a pivotal time for the Clark’s as this purchase allowed the Clark’s to have all their broodmares, show horses and breeding stallions at one location, where they could enjoy them on a daily basis.  In the spring of 2007 Stanley White III joined the Long Meadow Family bringing the expertise needed to fulfill the dreams of Linda and Dennis.  After 10 successful years, Long Meadow welcomes Steven Scoggins as the new head trainer. Both Linda and Dennis feel their Arabian journey has enriched their lives and with each new foal a new dream begins!
